E-filing is short for “electronic filing.” It is the process of filing court papers using a computer instead of handing them to a court clerk in person. At Phoenix Legal we provide both electronic and physical document filing services.

eRecording, or electronic recording, is the process of submitting real estate documents digitally for record-keeping, rather than submitting physical paper documents. This process allows for faster and more efficient recording of deeds, mortgages, and other legal documents, streamlining the process and reducing delays. 

Skip tracing is the process of locating a person who has moved, changed their contact information, or is otherwise difficult to find. It involves using various methods, including public records, databases, social media, and other investigative techniques, to gather information and identify their current location
